Our Puppy Raiser Program is in its’ fledgling stages. We need loving families willing to open their home to a puppy for a period of six to eight months. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to participate in Puppy Raiser Training, as well as comply with our guidelines for Puppy Raisers.

It’s all hands & paws on deck when we hold a fundraising activity! If you have great ideas or just want to help out on the day, your contribution is important to us. Have a gift for getting donations or writing grants? We need you!
Families wishing to do fundraising to purchase their dog may do so in a variety of ways. http://www.gofundme.com/ is designed to help individuals and groups fund their projects. Bake sales, jewelry parties, candy sales etc. are all good ways to build a fund and get the word out that assistance is needed.

Our care-givers feed, clean, groom and provide much needed socialization for our dogs.
Our training assistants assist with basic obedience classes and provide distractions that assist our dogs with learning to focus completely on their handlers.
Our volunteer “strangers” allow us to create situations that service dogs will be required to face when on the job.
Our dogs need to spend “getting to know you” time with their future families. At times, families are not able to come to us. Our transportation volunteers assist by providing our dogs rides to and from “home” for short visits.
